CRMadar 3.0 addresses the needs of a small and medium size business segment. It supports customer service, both with respect to the customers who have already made their orders for specific srvices as well as "potential" customers targeted during marketing campaigns. Integration with the so-called "back office" present in the MADAR Management System will provide a desired support for production and sales processes.
